Jessica is assistant professor of music at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. Edward has taught trumpet at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Central Michigan University.

Our popular summer concerts happen at 12:15 pm on Thursdays during July and August. Bring your lunch and enjoy great music by established and emerging artists. Suggested donation $5.

Congregational Meeting July 17
Please attend an important congregational meeting Sunday, July 17 after church to receive an update from the Transition / Search Committee regarding a recent meeting with Halifax Presbytery. We will discuss their directions to our congregation, and take action toward creating a strong, sustainable future for St. Matthew’s.

Urgent need for First Aider
Camp Kidston urgently needs a First Aider for an intermediate camp (ages 12–15) that runs July 16–22. Standard first aid with CPR is required. Accommodation is in the Staff House, and one camper may accompany the First Aider to camp at no cost. Contact Lillian, 890-0634 or smithsons@ns.sympatico.ca
